Welcome to the Central Region Swim Ontario Site!
Central Region “FUNdamental” Camp
FUNdamental camp will be for girls 8 to 9 years of age and Boys 9-10 years of age. The main goal of these camps will be skills, skills and more skills. This camp will take place SUNDAY March 25th.
Central Region “Learn to Train Camp”
Learn to Train G: 10-12/B: 11-13. The primary goal of this camp will be to focus on basic training skills (coaches and swimmers) including but not limited to working with stroke count. These skills are delivered through designed sets and within the training session. Swimmers will be in Oakville from 11 am to 5:30 pm.
